Human Resources: The Documentary
Human Resources is a masterpiece that should be required viewing for anyone interested in the subject of social conditioning. The documentary is basically about how mechanistic philosophy set the stage for the acceptance of human beings as expendable resources for a hierarchical society, tracing the concept's modern day origins to the experiments of US-based social scientists on to its application in education, public relations, the media and even the coercive brainwashing experiments of the CIA.
The first half is more theoretical, although some practical examples are cited as well, and the second half largely details personal incidents of human experimentation, such as the forcible drugging of children that was done under the CIA's MK Ultra program. This is definitely the mind control movie for skeptics, as it contains interviews with academic luminaries such as Howard Zinn and Noam Chomsky, both brilliant scholars who nonetheless would probably want nothing to do with the outer fringes of this area of research. The second half of this movie in particular may be quite difficult to watch but doing so is valuable and necessary in order to understand the insidious framework behind much of what passes for neutral policy-making. Italian Prime Minister to Stand Trial for Paying for Sex with a Minor
I have hesitated to mention the Berlusconi situation (complete story follows below) because, in my experience, sex industry crackdowns usually compound the difficulties of young people who entered the trade for reasons of survival. However, of concern is the issue that, since Berlusconi typically associates with the absolute wealthiest members of society, his sex parties are likely to be populated by escorts born into the lifestyle and expected by their family to perform for powerful men for the purpose of establishing geopolitical alliances. Notice this quote from the article below: "Although he denies having abused his office, Mr Berlusconi did admit he phoned a police station where Ms El Mahroug was being held in custody for stealing and having ordered her release, saying she was the granddaughter of former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak." One does have to wonder about the fact that details of a police cover-up are only now coming to light and there is no indication of a forthcoming inquiry into obstruction of justice.
Just to clarify, I am not "against" prostitution in part because criminalization causes hardship for vulnerable members of society, among other reasons. However, in the situation of prostitution catering to the uber-elite, children are sometimes literally brought into the business from birth on and this destroys their childhood in every conceivable way. Applying the idea of individual liberty becomes difficult and complicated in this situation because the coercion and abuse from family members is so extreme.
A few years ago The Economist reported the likelihood that much of the capital used to finance Berlusconi's various media ventures may have been derived from mafia sources. Berlusconi was an acknowledged member of the P2 masonic lodge, a splinter sect of freemasonry that was implicated in employing the mafia to embezzle funds from a Vatican bank which subsequently collapsed after its president was murdered.

Berlusconi to stand trial over 'bunga bunga' charges

EUOBSERVER / BRUSSELS - Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has been indicted to stand trial for paying for sex with an underage girl and abuse of power at his infamous 'bunga bunga' parties, the latest in a series of scandals which may finally put and an end to his political career.
A judge on Tuesday (15 February) approved a request by Milan prosecutors to have an immediate trial due to the "obvious evidence" and ruled that the proceedings will start on 6 April. If convicted, Mr Berlusconi could face up to 15 years in prison.
The trial is set to be presided over by three female judges, Giulia Turri, Orsola De Cristoforo, and Carmen D' Elia, known as tough but fair jurists.
Upon hearing the news, the prime minister interrupted a press conference he was holding in Sicily and flew back to Rome to meet his lawyers.
Both he and the girl in question, Karima El Mahroug, deny having had sexual relations. But the Moroccan dancer, also known by her stage name "Ruby the Heartstealer", admits having visited Mr Berlusconi's mansion on several occasions when she was 17 and having received money and jewellery from the Italian premier who "took pity on her."
Although he denies having abused his office, Mr Berlusconi did admit he phoned a police station where Ms El Mahroug was being held in custody for stealing and having ordered her release, saying she was the granddaughter of former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. He said he wanted to avoid a "diplomatic incident" and truly believed the Moroccan was related to the Egyptian strongman.
Hundreds of thousands of Italian women took to the streets across Italy on Sunday and protested against the "shameful" and sexist behaviour of the 74-year old premier, telling him to leave office at once.
Their outrage was sparked by leaked wiretaps confirming what paparazzi and press had speculated all along about Mr Berlusconi's legendary "bunga bunga" parties involving young women dressed as nurses and police officers and paid with jewellery and thousands of euros for sex.
According to Italian media, one wiretap on Ms El Mahroug's phone recorded her telling a friend she had been a visitor at Berlusconi's house since she was 16 but always denied everything.
In another recording, she told her boyfriend about asking "Silvio" for €5 million as compensation for the bad publicity. Apparently, Mr Berlusconi had agreed: "He called me himself, telling me, 'Ruby, I'll give you as much money as you want ... I'll cover you in gold. But the important thing is that you hide everything. Don't tell anybody anything'," she said, according to the transcripts.
In addition to the Ruby scandal, another underage showgirl, Iris Berardi, also allegedly attended the premier's parties. Documents submitted to a parliamentary committee in January that Ms Berardi, a Brazilian prostitute and showgirl, went to the Berlusconi mansions in Sardinia and Milan before turning 18.
Mr Berlusconi's lawyers said these claims were politically motivated and "scandalous", as the parties were only about watching football and drinking Coca-Cola, with no prostitutes or underage girls involved.
Sex scandals have been surrounding the Italian premier for years, culminating with the divorce filed by his wife in 2009 who stated she could no longer live with a "deranged man" who "frequents minors." So far he had managed to avoid prosecution on underage sex charges, as he enjoyed immunity until a recent verdict by the Constitutional court saying judges are allowed to decide whether ministers should be tried while in office.
Three other court cases, regarding his financial dealings, are also set to start, fuelling opposition demands for him to step down.

minor edit to Occult Symbolism in the Media...
Here is a minor change to the Occult Symbolism post, as the previous write-up gave a somewhat incomplete rundown of the Enuff Znuff video:
...I do hope the girl in this video wasn't exploited during the video's production although of course it's impossible to tell without first hand information. It can be challenging to discern whether or not something of this nature has occurred but ultimately it's only the business of the performer if that information isn't on display. And in many cases of occult symbolism saturated media, evidence of exploitation is minimal at best. Regardless, it's important to acknowledge that apparently MK'ed performers aren't just meat sacs devoid of artistic talent. Because dehumanization can occur in many forms, whether through managers literally pimping underage, emotionally vulnerable celebs or, on the "opposite" side of the spectrum, from critics who can only see a victim or corrupter when looking at someone whose public persona strays from impeccable moral standards. Realistically, some celebrities really are victimized, but at the same time the continuum of experience in the culture industry will vary from horrific to benign. So if some of this analysis seems a bit flippant, it's only because I relate to the position many of these stars have found themselves in and so hesitate to throw the victim word around when it may be unwarranted, because the inaccurate *mind-controlled sex slave*! label has been placed on me a couple times, much to my confusion and amusement. Assuredly, sure some will think it's horrible to laugh about these things but without a sense of humor it would be impossible to stay engaged with such disturbing subject matter. I will draw the line at making other, seemingly victimized people the target/scapegoat of those jokes.
Here is an an Ozzy Osbourne video that shows a clear example of what I would consider to be blatant exploitation, since it employs the use of a child mouthing sexually explicit lyrics in a provocative way. It's evident that this was something stage-managed by adults which seems really off to me since this girl is just too young to be making an informed decision about whether or not she wants to place herself in the spotlight. The video contains simulated drowning, portrayals of extreme grief and the suggestion of sexual trauma, which could all be way too much for a small child to absorb. There is also an eye of horus and a ballerina, the image of which is another traditional MK Ultra programming theme. So I really don't know what to make of this because, despite the image presented here, Ozzy comes off to me as somebody who is fairly toothless even though he's made some irresponsible decisions. It's a well known secret that his wife is in control of their marriage, even effectively managing the mammoth Ozzfest venture, so the apparent misogyny in the video becomes more than a little ridiculous in light of this information. It could be that industry people around him were responsible for implanting MK Ultra-related imagery and arranging the kiddie porn lite shot at the end of the song. At least that's what I hope. I also hope sobriety has helped Ozzy to make better decisions about his own children. As always, it's hard to know what is really going on but I can't see how someone who wrote the best anti-war song of all time could be a completely unethical person. War Pigs is probably my biggest weakness when it comes to Christian fire and brimstone moralizing!
